Take a look at the latest ISM manufacturing report http://www.ism.ws/ismreport/mfgrob.cfm
Apart from inventories, every part of this report is very positive for industrial. New orders in particular (above 60 is very solid) are especially encouraging. Manufacturing feeds the entire warehouse supply chain and so this is not just good news for owners of manufacturing facilities but for all warehouse investors.
